Full recipe: Ingredients 4 mini cucumbers sliced 10 mini sweet peppers sliced ½ Tablespoon Everything But the Bagel Seasoning 1 teaspoon Chili crisp Sesame Ginger Dressing ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar 1 ½ Tablespoons tamari or soy sauce 1 ½ Tablespoons maple syrup 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 large clove of garlic 1" knob fresh ginger pinch black pepper Instructions 1️⃣ Make dressing by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 2️⃣ Add cucumber and bell pepper to a bowl. Add ¼ cup dressing, bagel seasoning and chili crisp. Toss to combine. Taste and add more seasoning, chili crisp and/or dressing, if needed! Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. 2️⃣ Make dressing: Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. 3️⃣ Toss: In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cucumber, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion. 4️⃣ Add dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss to combine. I don’t like dates but I’m going to try this recipe with dried apricots/ nectarines/plums . They have the same texture as the dates 😊.

Full recipe: 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 1 1/2 cups water 53 grams pitted medjool dates about 4 small dates 2 Tablespoons almond butter 2 1/2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder ⅛ teaspoon salt omit if almond butter is salted Instructions 1️⃣ Add water, dates, almond butter, vanilla and salt into a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds or so. 2️⃣ Add ⅓ cup rolled oats to three jars or containers. 3️⃣ Divide the blended date mixture between the three jars. Full recipe: Ingredients 10-12 pitted medjool dates 2 Tablespoons drippy peanut butter 2 Tablespoons chopped peanuts ½ cup dark chocolate chips 1 teaspoon coconut oil flaky sea salt Instructions 1️⃣ Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Split dates open and press down each one down onto the sheet, making sure they overlap a little so they stick together. 2️⃣ Drizzle peanut butter on top and use a spoon so spread it across the dates. Sprinkle on chopped peanuts. 3️⃣ Melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle it on. Use a spoon to spread it around so it coats everything. 4️⃣ Sprinkle on flaky sea salt and pop the baking sheet into the freezer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set. Remove from the freezer, chop the bark into 10 pieces and enjoy. 5️⃣ Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
